The CUSAT CAT admit card (hall ticket) is released roughly 10-14 days before the exam, typically in the last week of April, exclusively through the candidate's login on admissions.cusat.ac.in. No admit cards are dispatched by post or courier — candidates must download and print their own copy.
Go to admissions.cusat.ac.in and log in using your registered Application Number and Password/DOB.
Click on the "Download Admit Card" or "Hall Ticket" link visible on the candidate dashboard once released.
Check your name, photograph, exam centre, test code, date, and shift timing carefully for any discrepancy.
Take at least one clean printout on A4 paper; keep a digital backup copy on your phone as well.
If your downloaded admit card displays an incorrect name spelling, wrong photograph, or an unexpected exam centre, immediately contact the CUSAT CAT helpline or raise a grievance ticket through the admissions portal. Since the correction window closes well before the exam date, candidates should check their admit card the moment it is released rather than waiting until the last day.
CUSAT allocates CBT exam centres predominantly in major Kerala cities such as Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Thrissur, based on the preferences indicated by the candidate during registration. Centre allotment is subject to seat availability at each venue, and candidates should verify their final allotted centre carefully on the admit card rather than assuming their first preference was granted.
If you face any technical issue while downloading your admit card, CUSAT typically provides a dedicated helpline number and email support channel listed on the admissions portal during the admit card release window. It is advisable to download your admit card well in advance rather than waiting until the night before the exam, in case the portal experiences heavy traffic closer to the exam date.
