Hall Ticket Release Timeline, Contents, and Correction Procedure
The COMEDK UGET admit card (hall ticket) is released online roughly ten to fourteen days before the exam date, typically in the last week of April. It is available for download only from the candidate's login dashboard on comedk.org — no admit card is sent by post or email attachment, so candidates must actively log in and download it themselves.
• Visit the official website comedk.org and click on the admit card download link when it goes live.
• Log in using your application number and password/date of birth as credentials.
• Verify that your name, photograph, and exam city are correctly displayed.
• Download the admit card in PDF format and take at least two clear printouts.
• Keep a valid original photo ID proof ready to carry alongside the admit card.
• Candidate's full name, photograph, and signature
• Application number and roll number
• Exam date, reporting time, and gate closing time
• Exact exam center name and complete address
• General instructions and prohibited items list
• Category and any applicable special provisions (e.g., PwD accommodations)
• Printed copy of the admit card (color or black-and-white as specified)
• One original, valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, or School/College ID)
• A passport-size photograph (same as uploaded) may be required to be affixed at the center
• Simple transparent water bottle and permitted stationery, if allowed at that center
If a candidate notices a discrepancy — such as a misspelled name, wrong photograph, or incorrect exam city — on their admit card, they should immediately contact the COMEDK helpdesk through the official email/phone number listed on the website, quoting their application number. Because the admit card is typically released after the correction window has already closed, factual errors are usually addressed on an individual basis by the COMEDK office rather than through a bulk correction facility, so candidates should raise the issue as early as possible rather than waiting until exam week.
Candidates are generally advised to reach the exam center at least 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete biometric/document verification and seating. Gates typically close strictly at the time mentioned on the admit card, and candidates arriving after the gate closes are not permitted entry under any circumstances, regardless of traffic or personal emergencies.
The admit card is usually released about ten days to two weeks before the exam date, typically in the last week of April, on the official COMEDK portal.
No. The admit card must be downloaded directly from the candidate's login on comedk.org; it is not couriered or emailed as an attachment.
Any valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or a Class 12 school/college ID card with photograph is accepted.
Contact the COMEDK helpdesk immediately via the contact details on the official website; center changes after admit card release are rare and handled case-by-case.
