Release Timeline, Mandatory Contents, and Discrepancy Resolution
The KEAM admit card is released online approximately one to two weeks before the exam window begins and remains downloadable throughout the exam dates. Multi-Day CBT Format
• Candidate's name, photograph, and signature as submitted during registration.
• Registration number and roll number assigned for the exam.
• Allotted exam date, shift timing, and test center address.
• Exam day instructions, reporting time, and permitted/prohibited items list.
Candidates log into their CEE candidate account using their registration number and password, navigate to the admit card section, and download the PDF once available. It is advisable to download and print multiple copies well ahead of the allotted exam date.
If a candidate notices any error — incorrect name, wrong photograph, or incorrect exam center — they should contact the CEE helpdesk immediately via the official phone number or email published on the portal, since exam date/shift/center allocation is typically algorithmic and late changes can be difficult to accommodate.
Candidates are generally required to report to their allotted test center at least 60 minutes before their shift's scheduled start time, allowing sufficient time for biometric verification, frisking, and seating allocation at the CBT center.
• Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and any other electronic gadgets.
• Printed or handwritten notes, log tables, and any unauthorized paper material.
• Wallets, handbags, and any non-essential personal items beyond the admit card, ID proof, and permitted basic stationery.
Candidates should retain their admit card safely even after completing the exam, since it may be required again during results verification, document verification for counselling, or other subsequent administrative steps of the admission process depending on that year's specific procedural requirements.
The admit card is typically released online about one to two weeks before the exam window begins, once registration and fee payment are confirmed.
A valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or school ID) matching the declared details must be carried to the exam center.
Contact the CEE helpdesk immediately via the official phone number or email, since exam date/shift/center allocation is typically algorithmic and late changes can be difficult to accommodate.
