• Recent passport-size photograph in specified digital format and dimensions.
• Scanned signature on white paper in specified digital format.
• Class 10 mark sheet/certificate details for date of birth verification.
• Class 12 (or equivalent) academic details, including board, roll number, and year of passing/appearing.
• Valid mobile number and email ID for OTP verification and all future communication.
• Category certificate details (if applicable) for informational purposes, though BITS Pilani admissions are largely merit-based without reservation in the way government institutes operate.
BITS Pilani typically provides a short correction window of a few days immediately after the main registration deadline closes, during which candidates can edit limited fields such as contact details, address, or category information. Core details like name, date of birth, and uploaded photograph/signature are generally locked and cannot be modified after submission, so extreme care should be taken while filling the form initially.
Applications must be submitted online exclusively through the official BITS Admission portal at bitsadmission.com. There is no offline application process.
The fee is approximately ₹3,600 for male candidates and ₹3,100 for female/transgender candidates for a single session, with combined two-session fees around ₹5,600 and ₹4,600 respectively. The Dubai test center carries a higher fee structure.
A brief correction window of a few days is typically provided immediately after the registration deadline for limited fields; core identity details like name, date of birth, and photo/signature usually cannot be changed.
After registration closes, a separate slot booking window opens where candidates select their preferred date, shift, and city from available options on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you did not opt for 'both sessions' fee during initial registration, you will need to complete a separate registration and fee payment during the Session 2 registration window to appear for the second attempt.
